Lisanne Davidson

Lisanne Davidson joined Susser Bank and Susser Banc Holdings Corporation as Chief Counsel in 2018. Prior to that, she served as General Counsel of First Texas BHC, Inc. from 2007 to 2018. While there she was part of the team that acquired Southwest Bank and contributed to its growth from $300 million to $2.2 billion in assets when it sold to Simmons Bank (NDAQ: SFNC) from Arkansas.

Between 2002 and 2007, Ms. Davidson served as General Counsel of TexasBank and OmniAmerican Bank. From 1990 until 2002, Ms. Davidson served as a Regional Attorney and Section Chief for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in three of its offices: New York, New York, Irvine, California, and Dallas, Texas. While working primarily on the closed-bank side, Ms. Davidson handled a variety of institutions, including the Bank of New England at $13.4 billion. She successfully recovered on assets ranging from multi-million-dollar real estate developments to casinos.

Ms. Davidson is licensed to practice law in New York, California, and Texas. She received her JD from the University of Utah College of Law and is a former director of the Southwest Association of Bank Counsel and a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel. In 2012, the Fort Worth Business Press named her a Power Attorney.
