Kim Vincent

Kim Vincent is the Senior Vice President, Human Resources Director and has been with Susser Bank since 2012. Ms. Vincent has over 25 years of Human Resources experience in both manufacturing and banking.

Ms. Vincent’s career in Human Resources began in 1994 at Owen Oil Tools, a manufacturer and distributor of advanced perforating systems in Fort Worth, Texas. In 2002, Ms. Vincent started her career in banking and remains passionate about the banking profession today. She has well rounded experience in all areas of Human Resources including employee relations, recruiting, payroll, compliance and benefits. She has maintained her PHR since 2004 and SHRM-CP since 2015.

Ms. Vincent is actively involved in organizations that support the growth of the Human Resources profession. She has been an active member of local and national SHRM chapters since 2003 and has served as a volunteer for The HRSouthwest Conference since 2011, which is designated as the official State of Texas SHRM Conference. In 2018, Ms. Vincent served as The HRSouthwest Conference Director.
