We would like to remind you that ATMs are always available (Surcharge Free ATM Locator), and we strongly recommend that you use our digital tools and other resources for self-service banking and 24/7 account access.

Safe deposit box access is available by appointment only at the following branches. Please call (800) 395-3900 to schedule an appointment.

If you plan to visit a branch on appointment basis, our team is taking extra precautions to frequently sanitize our facilities based on recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control and other health professionals.
Online and Mobile Services
- Manage your account(s), transfer funds and more with Online Banking.
- Access your account(s) from our free Mobile Banking app.
- Deposit paper checks from your smartphone with mobile deposit using the Susser Bank Mobile Banking app.
- Deposit your checks from anywhere using the Susser Bank Personal and/or Business Mobile Banking app. Log in to your Mobile Banking app and select the button for mobile deposit. Sign the back of your check and write or stamp “For Mobile Deposit Only to Susser Bank.” Take a picture of your check, front and back. For assistance, please contact our Customer Support Team at (800) 395-3900. The Customer Support Team is available Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Pay your bills with Online Bill Pay in Online Banking and your Mobile Banking app.*
- *Using the Bill Pay feature in the Susser Bank Mobile Banking app requires setting up Online Banking.
- Use your debit card when possible to pay for items rather than using cash.
- Get cash and check your balance at ATMs.
- For all account services use our drive-thru branches.
- Access your account balances, transfer funds between Susser Bank accounts, and see if a check or deposit has posted to your account with our telephone banking from any phone at any time.

It’s possible that you may receive “phishing attempts” to access your accounts.
Please be aware that Susser Bank will never request your username, password, or other electronic banking credentials by phone, through email or text message. If you receive a suspicious call, text, or email please email [email protected] or call (800) 395-3900 to report the incident.
