Losing your debit card is stressful. We’re here to help you quickly recover a new card – and peace of mind.

Please contact Susser Bank immediately at 1 (888) 297-3416 to report your card as lost or stolen.

To activate your Susser Bank debit card OR change your Personal Identification Number (PIN), call (800) 290-7893.

When selecting a PIN, avoid numbers associated with your personal information, like your birthday or phone number.
Guard your PIN and never write it on your card or store it in your wallet.
Keep your card in a safe place at all times.
Be cautious when using an ATM. Be aware of your surroundings and check for fraudulent devices connected to the ATM.
Keep a record of your transactions and be alert to unfamiliar charges.
Immediately report a lost or stolen card to a Susser Bank Client Care team member.
